California Resource Center Operations Director Joseph Spencer

Joseph Spencer joined the Inland Empire Resource Center in San Bernardino, California, as the director of operations in 2020. He oversees a myriad of processes in this position, including budget management, payroll processing, and client support services. The Victorville, California-based operations director also designs marketing materials and develops new processes and procedures to optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, Joseph Spencer supports the center’s hiring processes, guides employee training, and leads staff meetings.

Joseph Spencer balances his duties at the Inland Empire Resource Center with his passion for pastoral leadership. He has led several churches and organizations as director of worship, associate pastor, and minister of music. He has recorded and released albums including “To Know You,” the live worship record “Freedom Songs,” and the international collaboration “CD Africa-America,” which featured musicians from Ghana and different parts of the United States.

Joseph Spencer began a Christian Ministries degree program at Cal Baptist University in 2024. He is also actively involved with numerous ministries and worship communities. He regularly attends gospel music workshops, worship symposiums, and leadership conferences throughout the United States and around the world.
